The Middletown Home is conducting a search for a Contract Clinical Dietitian working between 15-20 weekly. The Middletown Home is a Continuing Care Retirement Community serving and providing care for 102 residents in our Health Center, 64 residents in our Personal Care apartments, and 17 Independent Apartments, all conveniently located in one building. Your direction and guidance for clinical nutrition services will ensure conformance to established standards for patients & residents food services. You will ensure development for personnel in the patient and clinical services area, which includes Meal delivery staff.
Your experience establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and maintaining effective communications with other department managers and staff will be key to your success. We would love for you to have established management experience in a hospitality setting as our goal is our patient’s satisfaction.
Your credentials must include a current Dietitian License in Pennsylvania and a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetics. Your education, experience, and judgement will be leveraged in this role along with your previous work experience as a Dietitian in a long term care facility.
