Starting at $80,000 annually and increases based on experience. $7,500 sign-on bonus.
The primary purpose of your job position is to coordinate and assist in completion of minimum data set assessments, quarterly reviews and care plans. This includes projection of residents’ potential case-mix (MC-PPS and / or MA-CMI) upon admission and assisting in maximizing Case-Mix based reimbursement through Medical Assistance, Medicare, and managed care payers. Such coordination must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

As Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
