The Middletown Home is conducting a search for a caring, competent, and compassionate
Full Time, Monday thru Friday Registered Nurse from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. shift to provide direct care and assist in guiding the daily operations of the Nursing Department of The Middletown Home. As Registered Nurse Supervisor, the individual will practice person-directed care, mentor and coach direct care givers, and supervise the shift’s nursing activities within the community.
Responsibilities include ensuring the highest level of care and services for our dear residents, admission of residents, mentoring and coaching of direct care givers, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with all whom we serve.
The Middletown Home is a Continuing Care Retirement Community serving and providing care for 102 residents in our Health Center, 64 residents in our Personal Care apartments, and 17 Independent Apartments, all conveniently located in one building. An Odd Fellows Home of Pennsylvania, The Middletown Home is a senior community in operation since 1924, and fully embraces the Person-Centered Care approach.
The successful candidate will possess strong relational and organizational skills with: •Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA •BSN preferred not required •Minimum 2 years experience in Long Term Care/Senior Living Campus •Strong Management/Leadership skills and experience required •Willingness to accept call rotation •Willingness to live and promote the mission of our campus which is: “Serving from the Heart, in the Spirit of Friendship, Love, and Truth”.
