Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis

The safety and welfare of our residents and staff remain our #1 Priority

Any individual requesting an exception to visit will be screened and required to disclose:

Symptoms of respiratory infection, fever, cough, or sore throat;

Knowledge of any contact with someone that has been exposed to the Coronavirus;

Any travel outside the US in the past 30-day period to any affected area where the Coronavirus is widespread. If you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus or has been identified as a presumed case, please postpone your visit until after the 14-day incubation period.

If granted an exception to visit, the individual must use the Main Entrance.
The Main Entrance is open from the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm
Entrance via the Grand Garden Terrace and East Entrance is closed.
Any individual approved to visit must sign in and complete the disclosure form.

All campus wide meetings, group activity programming, and visits off campus are canceled until further notification.

Any resident requiring transport off campus to a scheduled medical appointment will be evaluated on a case by case basis with the Attending Physician and Family.

Any health care provider who exhibits signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection are NOT to report to campus.

We will provide updates as new information emerges on COVID-19 and its impact on our campus, as well as the recommended courses of action we receive from the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control.
