The Pennsylvania Farm Show Makes a Visit to Middletown Home Residents

28 Jan 2019
There were a lot of “YEE-HAWs!” heard around The Middletown Home during the 2019 Pennsylvania Farm Show week!
This year, instead of going to the Farm Show, we brought the Farm Show to the residents of the Middletown Home. We televised the Farm Show live on the big screen in the chapel every day. And each afternoon we had special events: cleaning potatoes, Farm Show Bingo, Egg Races, and a good old-fashioned Hoedown with the talented Bob Cooney.
We also had several special furry friends who came to visit including: Petey the miniature horse, Midnight the bunny, and a handful of little baby peeps. The residents said that it felt just like the Farm Show had come to Middletown.
Enjoy some photos from our week of Farm Show festivities!
