The Pumpkin Fest looks like fun and is also a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends. I do have friends coming from out of town, however we cannot allocate all of our time to a visit. They are huge fans of the Pentagon Band and I’m sure that would be the best time to visit. Can you tell us the time that they will be performing? That would be much appreciated!

      2-4:00 Erin CruiseCruise Control
      4-6:00 Fabulous Hubcaps

Would love to attend this event! Can you give more detail on what activities will be free and where to park? Thank you

    • Hi there! Free activities include hayrides, barrel rides, face painting, pumpkin bowling and most any of the other children activities.

Food, drink, vendor items, pumpkin chunkin and hot air balloon rides are all a separate cost.

Parking will be on our lawn or in overflow parking in a nearby parking lot. Upon your arrival you will be directed where to park.

I plan on going but would like to plan the visit around the pumpkin chuckin contest. What time does that start?

  5. HI can you tell me the cost for a balloon ride?

  6. Is this event pet-friendly?

We went to the Pumpking festival yesterday. It was nice but NOT free. The rides for the kids were way too short. The hayride was more like a hayblink. The hot air balloon ride was a bit of a joke… 5ft up and 5 ft down. Would like to see more adult interests and way more kid rides with longer times. Thanks.

    • Hello – Thank you for this feedback! We always welcome some ideas for how we can continue to grow and improve the Pumpkin Fest. As our largest fundraiser to benefit our residents, we have to be mindful of our costs to produce the event, so a minimal fee for some rides was implemented. Admission and parking is always free and we continue to grow our vendors and collection of bands. We hope you enjoyed your day!
